Shipping policy

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. 

Orders over $75 ship FREE

$40.00 to $74.99 ships for $9.95

$1.00 to $39.99 ships for $6.95

Orders ship from Wichita, KS and will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. We are an online only store and do not offer local pickup. Please note that many canvases are made to order, so they may take approximately 1 week to be produced prior to shipping.

Coral Daisy Stitches is not responsible for packages lost by the postal service or incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

Returns:

Online purchases are eligible for Online Credit only - no cash refunds.  When we process the returned item, we will credit back to your account the original purchase price of the exchanged item or the price of the replacement item, whichever is lower, less any discounts or shipping charges.  

Please inspect all items for damage or defect and notify us at christie@coraldaisystitches.com of any damage or defect within 5 days of receipt.  If the package arrived damaged from shipping, please let us know if you believe that is the source of the damage.  Please include pictures of the flaw so we can see the damage.  If available, a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge.

FOR ONLINE CREDIT:

Returns must be received by Coral Daisy Stitches within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions.  This gives our customers time to decide if they are satisfied with their purchase.
